Opening Account

Click Account in the portal navigation (available after onboarding is complete). Every team member can access their own account page regardless of role.

Profile

Update your display Name and save changes.

Email is read-only on this page — it is your login identity. Contact GraphLab support if you need an email change on a production workspace.

Account details

Read-only summary:

Role — admin, manager, or viewer in your company
Company — workspace name you belong to
Member since — account creation date

Company data

Shows workspace information collected during onboarding and registration:

Company name
Contact name and email
Address
Intended usage

Admins manage team invites from Team, not from Account. Non-admins see a note that invites are admin-only.

Track open items GraphLab is processing for your company:

Production activation requests

Requests to move from evaluation to production deployment. Shows creation date, requester, status, and message.

Custom hardware requests

Non-reference hardware integration requests from onboarding. Lists SoM, display description, status, and notes.

Change password

Enter your Current password.
Enter and confirm New password.
Click Change password.

If you forgot your password, use Forgot password on the login page before signing in.

Settings — reset onboarding

Admins can Reset onboarding progress for the company workspace. This rewinds the guided onboarding state so the team can walk through profile and hardware steps again.

Only admin users see the reset button.
Does not delete projects, devices, or licenses — only onboarding flags and step state.
Use when testing onboarding or after a major workspace reconfiguration.
